On December 4, 2023, Officer Albert Herbert arrested Steve Araujo following an investigation into graffiti being spray painted and marked on numerous locations in Atlantic City and Ventnor City. Officer Herbert was aided in the investigation by Officer Howard Mason and Ventnor City Police Department Sergeant Kevin Brady.Â
